Countries with several time zones
PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store data for the US and Canada both list one release moment: 05:00 UTC on 19 November, which is 12:00 a.m. Eastern. Official
Nobody first-party has said what happens west of Eastern time. If the store moment applies to the whole country, Los Angeles gets the game at 9 p.m. on 18 November. If Rockstar's "midnight local time" applies to each zone, it gets it at midnight on 19 November. Unconfirmed

How to play the earliest
New Zealand is the earliest clock in the table above. Changing your console region to play early can breach the store terms and can affect your purchases; we do not recommend it. The code in box has no disc: you redeem the code and download the game like a digital copy.
Preload first
Digital pre-load opens on 10 November 2026: at midnight local time on PS5, and at 12 a.m. GMT worldwide on Xbox Series X|S. Official Details on the preload and file size page.
