We don't offer refunds on downloads, services or monthly plans, including when you change your mind.

Please read what each item covers before you buy. Ask first if you're not sure: we'd rather answer a question than sell you the wrong thing.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have by law. If the law where you live requires a refund, you'll get one. Email us with your order number.

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund the current month.
